Our commitments
Cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas
Rooms are fully disinfected at the departure of each guest.
Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected every day throughout our premises with antiseptic wipes, disinfectants or bleach solutions: door handles, worktops, desks, bedside tables, stair railings, flush buttons, toilet seats, switches, remote controls and computer keyboards.
Free use and distribution of prevention equipment
Hydroalcoholic solution and disinfectant wipe dispensers have been installed in the common areas, at reception, in the kitchen, in the service areas and in the rooms.
Trained and strictly supervised staff
Our employees have been trained to follow strict prevention instructions: wash your hands with soap at least once an hour, disinfect your hands when entering the house, cough or sneeze into your elbow, use a single-use tissue and respect sanitary safety distances as much as possible.
The kitchen staff work with a mask and disposable gloves that they renew regularly.
Enhanced food safety
Employees who are in contact with food (purchasing, cooking and service) have a Health Card issued and controlled by the Moroccan administration.
All the food we use comes from suppliers subject to the same hygiene procedures as our establishment.
Fresh fruits and vegetables undergo a lightly chlorinated bath before being offered for service.
The kitchen has a cleaning and disinfection plan, the proper daily execution of which is recorded in a mandatory register.
In the restaurant room, a safety distance is reserved between tables.
Meals and snacks can be served in your room upon request.
Organized and secure airport transfers
The transport company that provides your airport transfers is required to comply with precautionary rules: disinfected vehicles and trained drivers.
